When will I receive my order?

Once payment has been received, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business day depending on your delivery address. You will receive an automated email and will be able to track your order on our website by logging onto your profile and clicking  Orders.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30 day money back refund policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund return. You can do this by optimizing the Contact us page

How do I make payment?

We currently offer Paystack as our Secured Payment Gateway which allows you to pay using Visa and Mastercard Credit & Cheque cards, We also offer OZOW as an alternative Instant EFT payment option.

What are the shipping costs?

We provide free shipping to all orders that are R600 & above. All orders below R600 will be charged a R100 shipping fee.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please go to our website and onto your profile to the Orders page to see which stage of shipping your order is in. If you did not find that helpful, please contact us by utilizing the Contact us page and we will follow up on your order.

What do I do if I received a defective product?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. To start a return, you can utilize the Contact us page.
